Associate Attorney
Brad Saunders is an Attorney at Breger | De Biase and In-House Counsel at Empire Title Services. Brad was born and raised in New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking & Finance at Hofstra University. After college, Brad attended Brooklyn Law School and then, at the urging of his tax professor, continued his education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from The George Washington University School of Law.
Brad served as an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel for five years where he specialized in Partnership and S Corporation taxation. After leaving the government, Brad switched his practice area to general corporate and mergers & acquisitions, where he gained experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts. During this time, he also developed and applied his skills to residential real estate, commercial leasing, and hard money lending matters.
